Welcome to
Sue's Prep
Group Family Daycare
Play. Learn. Grow.
Toddlers
At 24 to 36 months old, Your toddler thoroughly explores all toys and objects within reach – banging, dropping, pushing and shaking them to see what happens. Your child may also be talking and using words to express themselves - Exploring objects and language happens in a safe daycare setting, where your child will have the freedom and be encouraged to explore independently and amongst other toddlers. Alongside, learn new words daily to encourage language development.
Preschool
At 3 to 5 years old, Your preschooler is becoming more independent and he/she may be interested in other adults and children outside of their family. He/she explores and asks about the things around them. At this stage your child may be showing willingness to use the potty on his/her own. A structured routine in a trusting environment will give your preschooler the tools they need to reach new milestones.
After School
At 5 years old to 12 years old, your child is rapidly growing and gaining confidence in his/her decision making. He/she is attending school amongst other children their age and learning so much by the minute. Our after school enhances that confidence and supports social, emotions, cognitive and individual academic development. We like to consider this older group “big brothers and big sisters” as they are now little role models for our toddlers and preschoolers.
Our Approach
At Sue’s Prep, we understand that early education is not a one size fits all experience. That's why we take into account every child’s individuality and use it to their advantage in the way they learn and experience the world around them. By making individual observations and incorporating age appropriate lessons, children can thrive, learn and grow in our safe and secure environment.
We nurture all aspects of children's development such as their physical development, cognitive development, language development and their social-emotional development. By creating daily lessons in the following subjects: Math, Writing, Sensory (science), and Art, children are being introduced to important subjects early on in their education.
Everyday your child spends with us he/she will be reaching individual milestones as well as social milestones through interactive play.
